TruFlux UF System
Our classic model is designed to accept any ‘7640’ type of element. This has been our standard for nearly 25 years.
Some highlights:
Well balanced paint flow. Tapered paint manifolds keep the paint velocity more constant and reduce the chance for paint solids to settle out of solution.
A choice of construction for the paint manifolds: PVC or 304 stainless steel
Options include:
Integrated #2 bag filters with isolation valves to enable bag filter changes without having to stop paint flow
A Clean in Place (CIP) system for individual UF element flushing/cleaning
UniFlux UF System
Our second version uses Solecta’s UniDesign one-piece UF Element/housing, designed to be disposed of rather than cleaned or flushed
Some highlights:
Less labor effort. It is quick and easy to replace the UF element/housing.
Options include:
Stand Alone Bag Filter Vessel assembly that provides duplex filtration (can replace a bag filter without having to stop paint flow)
Total Cleaning System (uses the existing E-Coat paint UF feed pump and UF storage tank)
