New Generation Anode Monitor Increases Paint Bath Efficiency

The New Generation Anode Monitor (NGAM) is designed to measure and visualize the electric current flowing through each anode in the E-Coat Paint Tank.  Current is shown as a number plus a red, yellow, or green color to quickly identify the anodes that are over, under, or within standard performing parameters.

This feature is helpful in determining loose electrical connections, absence of anolyte fluid, or foul membrane.  Providing advance notice on Paint Bath concerns minimizes downtime and increases efficiencies before the trouble gets out of hand.

To learn more about the NGAM, visit the download center at our website at ufsc.com.  Click on instrumentation – product data sheets – and access bulletin #995417 New Generation Anode Monitor.  For further details and pricing, contact Maureen Faherty (219) 464-2027 x28 or Maureen.faherty@ufsc.com.
