New Generation Anode Monitor Minimizes E-Coat Paint Bath Downtime

New Generation Anode Monitor (NGAM) typically samples and records current delivered by each anode cell.  Data is shown on a 5.7 inch color touch screen.  It is also recorded to a SD card.  This can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet to review history.  It provides a record of when each cycle is finished and confirms production record of your E-Coat Paint Bath. This feature proves to be helpful in running a smooth paint tank process, eliminating the need to physically hand record process data from the anode cells.

To learn more about the NGAM, visit the download center at our website at ufsc.com.  Click on instrumentation – product data sheets – and access bulletin #995417 New Generation Anode Monitor.  For further details and pricing, contact Maureen Faherty (219) 464-2027 x28 or Maureen.faherty@ufsc.com
